To book the hall, please read the Conditions of Use and Hall Hire Rates below, then fill out the form.

Conditions of Use

Facilities are for your service but these conditions must be met:

  • Any broken or damaged furniture or equipment must be replaced
  • Toilets must be cleaned after use of Function
  • Kitchen and Hall must be cleaned, swept and mopped
  • All tables and Chair must be packed and stored appropriately
  • Rubbish must be placed in bin or taken away – NOT to be left behind
  • All kitchen equipment and dishes must be washed and packed in their location
  • Car park and church surrounding areas should be left in clean & orderly manner
  • Party hiring the hall should adhere to councils control policy for noise control at all times and that the hirer accepts full liability for any prosecution from the authorities for breach of these regulations.

IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, THE BOND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

Hall Hire Rates (Day / Night Functions)

Hall is only available on day of hire from 9am.

Hirers must do:

  1. For A3za, family must meet at the hall about 4pm or time discussed with Priest or Office secretary to set up for condolences.
  2. After every function & Mercy Meal you must put chairs, table’s etc. back, ready for the cleaner.
  3. For all functions, if you want the hall the night before, a fee will be charged same as hiring the hall, otherwise entry to the hall will be only on the day of use for setting up.
Function Recommended Donation Bond and Special Notices
Weddings, Layleeyas, Birthdays, Baptisms, Village Functions, etc $900 $300 Refundable Bond
Mercy Meal $400 Recommended Donation Includes, cups, saucers & facilities
Must bring own Coffee, Tea, Milk etc
A3za / Sympathies $150 per night Recommended Donation Includes, cups, saucers & facilities
Must bring own Coffee, Tea, Milk etc
